Support is available through an Initial Wellbeing Support Package, which includes an initial consultation and a follow-up session (included in the price). Sessions are offered face to face or online.
In our one-to-one sessions, we explore your lifestyle, nutrition, sleep and stress patterns, creating a clear and achievable plan tailored to you. Where appropriate, gentle yoga, breath-work and nervous system support can be integrated to enhance your results.
This option is ideal if you’re looking for personalised support without committing to a longer programme.
