This work is shaped by my own journey. Through gentle, sustainable lifestyle changes, I was able to significantly improve my wellbeing, including reversing prediabetes. That experience deeply informs how I support others.

My aim is to offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can reconnect with yourself, find balance, and move towards feeling well again — at your own pace.
