At Vitalis, I focus on returning to the basics and creating simple, supportive habits that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life.

Led by me, Serena - a Naturopathic Health, Nutrition and Weight Management Coach and Yoga Teacher - Vitalis takes a gentle, whole-person approach to wellbeing. I combine evidence-informed health coaching with yoga-based practices to help you reduce stress, improve energy and build habits that last.
